I got some injuries at around 8AM and they had healed by around 11AM.My last fracture was healed within about 1-2 in-game weeks, which can be a couple hours irl depending on what you do. So long as you've already got supplies stocked up, you should be able to just pass the time. Make sure you've used a splint, then find some books to read or less active tasks to skill up with, and otherwise wait it out.
